Here’s a sweet little Valentine’s day craft to make. It will add some Valentine charm in your home when you display this three hearts appliqué pillow!

FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS SIMPLE AND CHIC HEARTS PILLOW! HERE IS WHAT USED TO MAKE IT:
- two pieces of cream fabric measuring 11″x7.5″
- scrap pieces of red and pink fabric
- fiberfill or craft stuffing
- basic sewing supplies

Valentine Hearts Pillow – Step 1
First you need to cut out your hearts you can make your own pattern or use our free hearts pattern. Pin and cut out 3 hearts from 3 different Valentine fabrics.
Valentine Hearts Pillow – Step 2
Then pin the 3 hearts in place on the PRETTY SIDE of ONE of the cream colored fabric pieces. Zigzag appliqué them in place.
Valentine Hearts Pillow – Step 3
Next place the pillow pieces PRETTY SIDES together. Pin around the outer edges. Place two pins where you want to stop and start. Leave about a 4″ opening for turning and stuffing. Notice on the right the double pins. This is where I will not sew, and leave my opening for turning and stuffing. Sew around the pillow using the pressure foot as your guide.
Valentine Hearts Pillow – Step 4
Trim seams if necessary and clip corners. Turn your pillow to pretty side out through the opening. Poke out corners gently with a pencil to make them pointy and professional looking.

Finally, stuff the pillow and hand sew the opening closed.
Your 3 hearts appliqué Valentine’s Day Pillow is done! Enjoy decorating your home with it.
