PAYMENT INFORMATION:

$50.00 deposit per child per camp is due at the time of registration in order to secure your camper’s spot in camp. This is a non-refundable deposit.

 

REFUND & CAMP EXCHANGE POLICY: 

We have a strict NO-REFUND policy and we would like to encourage you to simply move to another week of camp depending upon availability so your child can have the experience of learning to sew. We understand that things come up and you may need to switch camp weeks, or cancel all together. To do so, please call or email to let us know.

  • If you notify us 45 days or later than the camp start date, you may switch your camp week, depending upon availability, with no penalty.
  • If you notify us 31-44 days before your child’s camp start date, you may switch your camp week, depending upon availability, with a $50.00 penalty.
  • If you notify us 14-30 days before your child’s camp start date, you may switch your camp week, depending upon availability, with a 50% of the camp total price penalty.
  • If you notify us less than 14 days prior to the camp start date, we can not make any adjustments or switch your camp date, and you will lose 100% of your camp credit. 

Please keep in mind that we have hired a certain number of instructors to cover a certain number of students who have signed up for that particular week. Holding a spot in a camp and needing to change it close to the camp date takes spaces away from other eager students and costs both the teacher, the extra instructors hired for the camp, and the Studio. To avoid a penalty, please switch your camp dates 45 days or more before the camp begins.

Any camp credits not used by the last week of camp, is forfeited. Summer camp credits may not be used for our Fall/Winter/Spring program.
