This angel ornament is perfect for your tree this Christmas! I absolutely the rustic country look of this little angel. It makes a great gift for any of your loved ones. Everyone absolutely adores this angel ornament!

THIS RUSTIC COUNTRY ANGEL ORNAMENT IS JUST WHAT YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE NEEDS! HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE IT:

  • small scraps of cream fabric
  • ribbon for handle (or use a metal ornament hook)
  • wooden or rust embellishments like wings, halo, ribbon, and heart for angel
  • fiber fill or stuffing
  • basic sewing supplies

Rustic Country Angel Ornament – Step 1

Start by pinning and cutting out two angel pieces. Feel free to use our free angel pattern!

Rustic Country Angel Ornament – Step 2

Next you are going to pin and sew you two angel pieces pretty sides together. Making sure to leave an opening at the bottom to turn your angel later.

Then you are going to trim your seams making sure not to cut your seam and turn your angel pretty sides out. After that stuff your angel and hand sew your opening close.

Rustic Country Angel Ornament – Step 4

Putting on wings, wreath, and heart.

Now it is time to add your wings and accessories to your angel. Hot glue your wings, heart, halo, and grapevine wreath on. Then use a thin black marker to draw your angel’s eyes on. As well as a real makeup brush to add some blush to its eyes.

Finally add a bow to your angel.

You are now done your little rustic country angel ornament!
